Cancellation/Refund Policy
  • 1. If the user is not satisfied with the product or service and wants to discontinue, per month bill for the used time period will be calculated and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • 2. No refund will be given after the license has been used for more than 50% of the subscription time.
  • 3. The refund request should be raised via email or website.
  • 4. Refund policies will be applicable only for purchases more than 1 year.
